SHIPPING
Free shipping on orders over $200 USD & Free Shipping in México
Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
The shipment is made through an international courier company and will be delivered within approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
In case of not having the product in stock, the customer will be notified and delivery time will be coordinated. In case of not accepting it, a full refund of the money will be made in the following 15 business days.
REPAIRS
Our pieces are handmade, for this reason it is possible that there may be variations between the piece delivered and the one shown in the photo, clearly maintaining the size and weight standards of the piece. The materials we use are bronze and silver plated in 24k gold, and additionally we use a protective coating for shine and color.
To request a repair you must write an email to aldayromera@gmail.com with the subject "REPAIR" specifying your name, part and cell phone number. We will evaluate each case and give you an answer.
The repair will have no cost if:
- The customer sends proof of purchase and does not have more than 30 days.
- The damage is not due to improper use, natural breakdowns of materials that occur with prolonged use.
For purchases of more than 30 days, the buyer must assume the cost of the repair, which will be specified in the reply email.
The customer is responsible for sending the part to the address provided in the mailing instructions (Calle 140 # 11-63 - 506 Bogotá), guaranteeing the correct packaging of the product (sealed envelope with complete data). Repairs will take 20 business days and shipping cost of the return will be charged.
RETURNS
Product changes are accepted up to 8 days after purchase, with the exception that they cannot have been used, they must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
The pieces bought in promotion or with some type of discount, do not have change.
You must write an email to our email with the subject "CHANGE" to aldayromera@gmail.com informing your case and reason for the return.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and must ensure proper packaging of the product to ensure that it arrives in optimal condition. Returned products that do not meet the conditions described will be returned under the responsibility of the buyer.
